Aussie Mega Moist Shampoo: My New Holy Grail?

Hello lovelies! I hope you are all enjoying the first few days of spring! I wanted to share my thoughts on Aussie's Mega Moist shampoo because it is simply AHH-MAZING! The scent of this shampoo reminds me of candy: the first scent I pick up is bubblegum, but I also detect some coconut. Maybe that's just me, but I really enjoy the scent. After just one use, I noticed my hair felt softer and looked healthier (it's a bit dry-looking at the moment from winter and from dye). I was blown away!! Better looking hair after ONE USE? Yes! I have been using it for about a month now and I'm so glad I decided to give it a try. I'm quite a newbie at Aussie products, but the ones I've tried so far have really impressed me (see my review of the Aussie Sun-Touched Shine Spray here.). I'm planning on trying one of Aussie's 3-Minute Miracle treatments next, because I would love to grow my hair super long and it really needs all the TLC it can get.

What are your holy grail hair products? Thanks for stopping by! xo

Hello lovelies and Happy Friday! It's really starting to feel like spring outside, but my mind is already drifting into thoughts of the beach and lazy summer days. I can't wait to feel the sun sinking into my skin! Above are the items I've been ogling on Amazon lately. A girl can never have enough fun summer dresses, right? I'm also on the lookout for new everyday sneakers because I'm planning on walking home from work a lot more often once it gets a tad warmer! New bikinis are a must this summer since I haven't bought any new swimsuits since my highschool days--I'm definitely in need of a refresh!

Wet n Wild Max Fanatic Cat Eye Mascara

Hello loves! I was browsing the beauty aisles at the drugstore when I cam across the new Wet n Wild Max Fanatic Cat Eye mascara. It caught my eye, and the price was right so I picked it up! This is actually the first mascara I've tried from Wet n Wild. I'm really impressed with the "fan brush". It's quite unique and really helps elongate my lashes. The brush makes it so easy to reach all my lashes by simply brushing the mascara on in an upward motion. My lashes look long and volumized. The formula of the Max Fanatic Cat Eye mascara reminds me of a gel: it's not too wet nor too dry. Even after a full day of wear, I have had absolutely no flaking or smudging with this mascara. Overall, I'm super impressed and I would love to try more Wet n Wild mascaras!
Here is the "fan brush" side. I love how the bristles really grab my lashes!
Here is the other side of the brush. I find this side works great for my bottom lashes.

Bioderma Micelle Solution Review

Hello beauties! Today I want to share my thoughts on the Bioderma Micelle Solution with you. I actually received this in a Luxebox ages ago, and had it tucked away in a drawer, forgotten for a few months. Recently, I've heard tons of buzz about micellar water on social media, so I decided to dig mine out and give it a try. It's a really amazing product! It gently and efficiently removes my makeup without leaving any residue behind. My skin feels smooth and refreshed. The Bioderma Micelle Solution goes a long way: I apply a few drops to a cotton round, and that is sufficient to remove all my makeup, except my mascara. I don't like rubbing any kind of makeup remover or wipes directly in my eyelashes, and I very rarely use waterproof mascara, so I usually just remove my mascara by rinsing my lashes under the shower. The Bioderma Micelle Solution has a very light, fresh scent. I will definitely be trying more micellar waters in the future!
