Hello loves! A few weeks ago, I had run out of my trusty Avon Ultra Luxury brow pencil so I picked up this NYC Kohl Brow/Eyeliner pencil on a whim. I’m really glad I did, because I’m super impressed with it! The texture is slightly waxy, which is perfect for the brows because it really helps hold all the hairs in place. The color glides on and lasts all day without fading or smudging. It also sharpens well and never broke on me while sharpening. However, the best part is definitely the price: this pencil was a steal for only $2.47 CAD at Walmart!
I haven’t tried using this pencil as an eyeliner since I purchased it specifically for my brows, so I can’t tell you how it worked on my eyes. However I’m very happy with how it works for my brows and I will probably repurchase it! Thanks for reading! xo
